MSc in Computer Science Engineering
Master taught in English
Programme
The training offers computer engineers a solid foundation in computational intelligence, web and information systems, design of software and critical systems, 3D Graphics and image processing, optimization and algorithms, computer engineering, as well as entrepreneurship and management. The student can then complete their program with a set of courses that interest them the most.
On the practical side, a one-year project is planned in BA3 and in the first year of the Master. Most of the courses are also accompanied by practical scenarios, such as the creation of an image recognition neural network as part of the course "Artificial intelligence techniques". In MA2 , a three-month internship allows the student to acquire a first professional experience before completing his thesis.
What's next ?
Ubiquitous, IT offers a multitude of opportunities. For example, we find computer engineers in IT in sectors directly oriented towards the transport of information (data, images and sound), like telecommunications and computer networks, or in sectors that handle large amounts of information, such as banks, insurance companies and administrations.
Computer engineers also have their place in the manufacturing industry, which increasingly requires IT for management, but also in the production process. Finally, they will be useful in the new activities that information technologies allow to create (multimedia, bioinformatics, etc.) and in the research sector.
